Therapy for Children based in St. Charles, IL
At Hopeology PLLC, we provide therapy for children experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, depression, behavioral challenges, ADHD, social concerns, and life transitions, giving your child the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and grow into their fullest potential.
Children often express emotions through behavior. We focus on understanding what’s underneath those behaviors while helping children build practical coping skills, confidence, and emotional awareness.
We use a person-centered, developmentally-informed approach, incorporating play-based strategies, emotional regulation skills, and parent collaboration to support meaningful, lasting growth.
Parents are an important part of the process! We work closely with you to provide updates and feedback, share strategies to use at home, help you better understand your child's needs, and support consistency between therapy and daily life.

We have found that most people benefit from starting with weekly appointments. You and your therapist can decide to meet less frequently as you progress toward reaching your therapeutic goals. Even after goals have been reached, many clients decide to continue coming for occasional appointments to maintain their process, such as once per month.
