Rachael Majus, M.A. M.S. is a dedicated staff therapist. She holds an M.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University and has her M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. Rachael offers individual (ages 10+), couples and family therapy. Her areas of interest include supporting clients coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, life adjustments and personality disorders. Rachael also has a special interest in supporting clients navigating workplace stress, burnout, and career-related challenges. Whether you’re managing professional transitions, workplace conflict, or uncertainty about your career path, Rachael offers practical tools and compassionate support to help you align your career goals with your values and mental health.

Rachael takes an integrative approach to therapy, prioritizing each client’s unique needs and tailoring treatment accordingly. She employs a variety of therapeutic techniques, including client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), expressive therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.

Rachael believes in fostering a compassionate, individualized therapy experience that aligns with each client’s goals. Her integrative approach supports clients in navigating life’s challenges with confidence and resilience, emphasizing personal growth and mental well-being.

In her spare time, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and mini-dachshund. She values travel, reading, and taking “calming” moments throughout her day to practice mindfulness and recharge.

Rachael is currently under the supervision of Dr. Fitzpatrick and preparing for the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) exam.
