Arzoë Kaur, M.A.

Diagnostic Extern

Arzoë is a Diagnostic Extern at Hopeology PLLC in St. Charles, Illinois, where she supports psychological assessment services through thoughtful, person-centered test administration under the supervision of Dr. Jillian Fitzpatrick. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree at Adler University in Chicago.

Prior to joining Hopeology, Arzoë gained experience in the medical field, where she developed a strong patient-centered approach to care. Working within healthcare settings provided her with a broad understanding of the factors that influence well-being and strengthened her ability to view each individual within the context of their unique life experiences, culture, and environment.

Arzoë also completed an internship with the Syrian Community Network, where she worked closely with Syrian refugee children by providing emotional support, mentorship, and educational assistance. Through this experience, she developed a deeper appreciation for cultural diversity and the importance of understanding each person's unique background, values, and lived experiences. This work reinforced her commitment to creating inclusive and supportive environments for individuals from all walks of life.

Arzoë approaches assessment with compassion, curiosity, and an open mind. She is highly trained in test administration and is committed to helping clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout the evaluation process. Her goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can better understand their strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Arzoë believes that meaningful assessment goes beyond test scores and diagnoses—it is an opportunity to understand the whole person and provide insight that helps guide future growth and success.
