Tiffany Alexander is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Master’s degree from Aurora University. Tiffany has extensive experience working with children, starting at the age of 5, as an elementary school social worker. In addition to working with children, she provides therapy to preteens, teens and adults within the individual, group and family modalities. Her expertise covers a wide range of mental health concerns, including ADHD, depression, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-injury, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, trauma and abuse, family separation or divorce, grief and loss, and school refusal.
Tiffany uses a cognitive behavioral approach to working with her clients, complimented by a strengths-based perspective, to empower clients to recognize their abilities and reach their potential. Tiffany is currently under the supervision of Dr. Fitzpatrick and preparing for the Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) exam.
Tiffany values family time with her husband, children, and dogs. She enjoys traveling and prioritizes self-care, recognizing its importance in maintaining balance and well-being.
